ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) Submitted that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
3.The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that no enquiry has been conducted and the defacto complainant was not called even once for enquiry and the closure report has not been served to him.

4.Heard both sides.
5.In view of the above said submissions made by both counsels, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is made clear that if the defacto complainant has got any grievance with regard to the closure report, it is open to him to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
