ORDER
The petitioner, with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry, has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that one Daniel lodged a complaint stating that one Ramesh purchased his two wheeler bearing Reg.No.TN 95 H - 7113, by giving a fake receipt and he has also given a fake address. On verification, it came to know that the subject vehicle was registered in the name of the petitioner herein and therefore, the respondent Police summoned the petitioner and they are not harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased the two wheeler from Sri Vari Aruna Auto Consulting, Sattur, prior to that, the owner of the said Auto Consulting purchased the said vehicle from one K.Ramesh. After purchase, name transfer has also been effected by the Regional Transport Office. 2/4
4.This Court heard the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side.
5.Since the respondent Police has not made any specific allegations as against the petitioner, this criminal original petition is allowed.
