ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to process the petitioner's application dated 23.03.2026 in terms of Clause (VI-A) of the modification issued in G.O.Ms.No.113 dated 04.03.2026 and to grant proceedings for the route from Chathiram Bus Stand to Panjapur Bus Stand and for other reliefs. 2.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that, under the original provision, the Regional Transport Authority was required to identify the route. However, by way of modification, the provision now enables the petitioner to identify the route and submit an application. Pursuant to the said modification, the petitioner has submitted an application dated 23.03.2026, which is still pending consideration. It is therefore necessary for the first respondent to pass orders on the said application in accordance with law.
