ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.127 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having six previous cases in Crime Nos.175 of 2021, 997 of 2020 and 847 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police, Crime Nos.10 of 2019 and 632 of 2016 on the file of the Eraniel Police Station and Crime No.44 of 2018 on the file of the Ethamozhi Police Station.

3. Considering the nature of offence and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
