ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner in connection with the complaint on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that one Ganesan gave a complaint against the petitioner stating that the balance of sale consideration amount was not paid to him in respect of a sale agreement dated 20.11.2008 and an enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.325 of 2021 and it came to be closed on the ground of undertaking and the statement given by the aforesaid Ganesan to the effect that the matter has been settled. So, no further action is required.

3.Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11299 of 2021 respondent herein through mobile phone abused the petitioner in filthy language and behaved indecently. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the indecent behavior of the 3rd respondent, he can very well approach the 1st respondent herein through proper complaint. That matter cannot be taken into account in this petition. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

4.This petition is disposed of, accordingly, as infructuous.
