Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 420 of I.P.C., in Cr.No.Not known of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the defacto complainant approached one Saravanan through the petitioner and paid more than 16 lakhs for obtaining a job in the Customs Department. But the said Saravanan did not provide employment and not to return the money. Thereafter, the defacto complainant asked the petitioner to refund the money because he is the middle man of him, but he refused to do same. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner due to previous enmity, this false case has been foisted against the petitioner and the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and considering the facts and circumstances of
the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
