ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to pass orders, for cancelling the sale deed dated 14.12.2016 before the Sub Registrar, Karivalamvandanallur in Doc.No.2872 of 2016, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2017.
2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 24.06.2017 to take action as per Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 under Section 82 of the Registration Act. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition is filed. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo as on date.
5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
