The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 05.02.2026 in W.P.(MD).No.3152 of 2026.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order dated 05.02.2026 in W.P.(MD).No.3152 of 2026 has been complied with and he has also circulated a proceedings dated 05.06.2026.
