ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to furnish the statements of accounts to the petitioner for EL-No.1598651024798 after providing interest subsidy as per the scheme and adjusting the amount already paid enabling the petitioner to get back the title deed given to the respondent as security for the loan.

2.Mr.PalaRamaswamy, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
