ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to issue a "Non-Traceable Certificate" to the petitioner in respect of his missing two wheeler bearing Reg.No.TN 59 DA 0483. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred a compliant with regard to the missing of his two wheeler, based on which, a case in Cr.No.464 of 2024 came to be registered and final report has also been filed as "undetected". Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to issue a "Non-Traceable Certificate", so that he can get the benefits from the Insurance Company.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submits that they were unable to find the vehicle and hence, they closed the case as "undetected". 4.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available in the record. 5.It appears that the two wheeler of the petitioner, bearing Reg.No.TN 59 DA 0483 was found missing and he preferred a complaint, however, the same was closed as "undetected". Therefore, the first and second respondent is directed to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate with regard to the petitioner's two wheeler bearing Reg.No.TN 59 DA 0483, upon receiving necessary documents from the petitioner.
