Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8446 of 2021, dated 12.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 30.07.2021 without fail. Since the petitioner is having disc problem, it is very difficult for him to travel and appear before the respondent Police for complying the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
