O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders forthwith on the proceedings addressed to him by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.Ni.A.S.2/4985/2024 dated 08.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already submitted an application seeking to rectify the incorrect entry in the revenue records. This complaint was registered under Na.Ka.Nio.A.S. 2/4985/2024 on 08.01.2025. However, the respondents 1 and 2 have failed to complete the inquiry. As a result, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the matter, this Court directs the Tahsildar to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third 2/4

respondent. The Tahsildar shall then consider the matter and pass the appropriate orders within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
