(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2021 which is pending before the 2nd respondent. 2.By the order dated 12.08.2021, it is observed that writ of Mandamus may not lie for such a relief. But the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.529 of 2021 on 15.07.2021 and awaiting to receive CDR details.
