(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) None appears for the petitioners. The record of the proceedings shows that even in November 2017, when the case was heard, there was no appearance for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank would submit that the undertaking given in the affidavit filed by the borrower has not been complied with. On two earlier hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, it is seen that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
