ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 120(b), 406, 420, 468 an 471 IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner along with other accused pledged spurious golds with a bank, availed loan and caused loss to the bank and therefore, the present case came to be registered.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the third anticipatory bail application. The petitioner has not indulged in any offence and the first accused has only pledged jewels in the name of the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD)No.11454 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has actively involved in the offence and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court, since it involves serious offence. 5.Considering seriousness of the offence, dismissal of the earlier bail petitions and there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.In fine, this petition is dismissed.
