O R D E R

The respondent herein is the husband of the revision petitioner and he has laid I.D.O.P.No.43 of 2017 seeking dissolution of marriage with the revision petitioner on the grounds of cruelty and desertion.

2. The revision petitioner has taken a defence that the respondent has contracted another marriage. The case is in the middle of the trial and the respondent has been examined. The matter has been posted for the evidence of the revision petitioner/wife and she has take few adjournments, and thereafter has come up with an application in I.A.No.2 of 2019 to summon a certain lady and her daughter, who she claims as the second wife of the respondent and the daughter born to them. This was opposed by the respondent.

3. The trial court in its order has stated that in her counter the revision petitioner has indicated that she was in possession of some documents to show that the respondent has contracted a second marriage, and that some three documents have been confronted to the respondent during his cross examination when he examined himself as P.W.1. The trial court has also observed that to force two women, stated to be the second wife and the daughter born to her through the respondent, would likely to insult them. This Court is in absolute concurrence with the reasons stated and hence, this Court does not find merit in this revision.
