Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to consider petitioner representation dated 14.10.2016 and take necessary action by conducting an impartial enquiry against the officials concerned within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.10.2016 with regard to alleged malpractice and also praying to conduct impartial enquiry against the officials concerned, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

allegation levelled against the concerned officials, a detailed enquiry has been conducted and ultimately found that the allegations levelled against the officials are baseless. 3.Considering the nature of enquiry conducted by the third respondent and also finding given by him, this Court is of the view that the relief sought in the writ petition is totally unwarranted and therefore this writ petition deserved to be dismissed.
