ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341, 394 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.695 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.07.2021 at about 09.30 p.m., when the de-facto complainant was returning to his house, the petitioner along with others waylaid the de-facto complainant, abused in filthy language and attacked him with hands and also snatched his mobile phone, ATM Card, driving license and cash Rs.250/-. Hence, this case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.11239 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent strongly opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has involved in two previous cases of similar in nature.

5.Considering the nature of offence and the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
