RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21076/2018 order dated 04.12.2018 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate court, Muthukulathur, Ramanathapuram district Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.VEERAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court dated 04.12.2018. days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and they are ready to comply with the conditions.
