Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent forbearing him to appoint anybody for the post of Noon Meal Organizer to Jothampatti Centre at Jothampatti, Jothampatti Post, Vembarpatti Via, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 24.07.2017, made to the first respondent. Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.V.Pandi, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent not to appoint anybody in the post of Noon Meal Organizer at Jothampatti Centre, Jothampatti, Jothampatti Post, Vembarpatti Via, Dindigul District. 3.This Court is unable to entertain the writ petition for the following two reasons:

First of all, there is no notification issued inviting applications from any candidate for the post of Noon Meal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Organizer at the abovesaid place. Secondly, the petitioner alone on her own without any invitation has submitted her application to the said post. Therefore, this Court is unable to find any merit in the writ petition. Hence, this writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
