ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to issue computerized patta to the petitioner's lands comprising in Survey No.117/5A2, constituting 0.98 1⁄2 ares on the basis of recommendation of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa6/20629/2016 dated 11.04.2017 and on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2017.

up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would state that his father late.Vaiyapuri Gounder had purchased the lands through a sale deed dated 02.07.1973 and also acquired lands through a registered partition deed dated 17.02.1975. The petitioner has sought for computerized patta. Though the second respondent sent a proposal to the first respondent on 11.04.2017, the first respondent has not passed any order. Hence, he sent a representation dated 10.07.2017 to the first respondent. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
