2.The petitioner had tendered for the petition mentioned Shop No.

67. Earlier tender process was cancelled because the petitioner was the sole tenderer. The second tender process was conducted. In the second round also the petitioner was the sole tenderer. It appears that in the second tender, the petitioner had offered a higher bid. 3.The respondents are directed to finalise the second tender process, allot the petition mentioned shop in favour of the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
