2.The petitioner has come to this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to fix her station seniority in the post of B.T. Assistant [Social Science] over and above the third respondent on the basis of her representations, dated 22.08.2016, 14.09.2016 and 21.07.2017.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is the claim of the petitioner that she was appointed as B.T. Assistant [Social Science] on 17.12.2012 at Malaikoviloor
Higher Secondary School, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District. Thereafter, she was notionally transferred to the Government High School, Kurumapatti, Karur District, by the second respondent on 19.07.2013. As she was permitted to work at Malaikoviloor Government Higher Secondary School in the post of B.T. Assistant [Social Science] by the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 19.07.2013, she was relieved from the said Government High School, Kurumapatti. Whereas, the third respondent herein, who was also transferred as B.T. Assistant to Malaikoviloor Higher Secondary School in the month of June 2013, being a junior, has been wrongly treated as senior, without following the station seniority. In this regard, the petitioner has given representations on 22.08.2016 and 14.09.2016 respectively.
Pursuant thereto, the second respondent has forwarded her representations to the first respondent. Although the first respondent has given a reply on 12.05.2017 with regard to station seniority issue, no order has been passed. Therefore, the first respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representations, the last of which was dated 21.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
