ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 403 days in filing this appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.With regard to the first respondent, this petition has already been dismissed since batta not paid within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. The claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delayed period of 403 days.
