ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.611 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature in Crime Nos.139 of 2018 and 21 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

3. Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
