ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif court, Thuraiyur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2013.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.33 of 2013. The said suit has been filed for permanent injunction. 1/3

Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2013, the present Civil Revision Petition stands allowed at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondent as no adverse orders are propsoed to be passed against the respondent by directing the District Munsif court, Thuraiyur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.33 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
