2.The petitioner made a representation with a grievance that the private respondent namely the third respondent is trying to obliterate the water canal does preventing to reach the lands of the petitioner. Seeking consideration of the above said representation, dated 24.05.2017, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2017 after giving notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
