ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to quarry the split up rock and bumpy sand from his patta land measuring about 24 cents in Re-Survey No.687/4 at Chitharal Village, Vilanvacode Taluk, Kanyakumari District for leveling purpose by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.06.2024. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.06.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
