This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in in W.P(MD) No.20349 of 2021, dated 04.02.2022 has not been complied with.

2.Today(21.06.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the proceedings issued by the Director of Medical Education and Research, Kilpauk, Chennai, dated 08.06.2023 submits that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
