Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the appeal petitions filed by the 2nd respondent in Appeal Nos.1 to 7 of 2016, dated 22.09.2016 in respect of rectification of mistakes in the UDR Scheme relating to S.Nos.130 to 153 and S.Nos.160 to 167 with a total extent of 78.62 acres situated at Nattanikottai village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District within a stipulated time.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent. 3.We direct the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings initiated at the instance of the second respondent, as expeditiously as possible and in case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
