Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.390 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.390 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506( i ) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, on 12.06.2024, the accused have abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the injured is still in hospital.

5. Considering the nature of offence and condition of the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
