Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that survey was already conducted on 06.05.2024.

3.I make it clear that as a result of survey, there cannot be any dispossession. Even fencing cannot be put up by the applicant. If there is any breach of the directions given by this Court, it is always open to the review applicant to file a contempt petition before this Court. 2/4

4.This Review application is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
