ORDER
This Contempt Petition is listed today for admission. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate 1/4
submits that the order of this Court dated 04.02.2022 passed in W.P. (MD)No.20347 of 2021 has already been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the Director of Medical Education and Research, Kilpauk, Chennai, dated 08.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the same and submits that the request of the petitioner is for different post. However, by referring the order passed in the writ petition, the proceedings dated 08.06.2023 has been passed by the Director of Medical Education and Research, Kilpauk, Chennai and therefore, it is not the compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.02.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.20347 of 2021.
3. This Court, by order dated 04.02.2022 has disposed of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.(MD)No.20347 of 2021 with a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on the proposal made by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings dated 27.07.2021 on its 2/4
merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The proposal made by the 3rd respondent has been rejected by the second respondent, by his proceedings dated 08.06.2023. The petitioner is having any grievance against the proceedings dated 08.06.2023, it is always open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. 12.06.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
