This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at length. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the second respondent, investigation has been completed and Final Report also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai and the same was taken on file in CC No.339 of 2021.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that Final Report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai and the same was taken on file in CC No.339 of 2021, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
