ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.All that the petitioner wants is to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry. The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons including the private respondent herein on notice before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
