The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / 6th respondent and punish him for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.13005 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the petitioner and the accused in S.T.C.No.136 of 2019 and on that basis, the case was disposed of.
