ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor /3rd respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.22407 of 2021, dated 22.11.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 02.08.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court, dated 22.11.2023 in W.P(MD)No.22470 of 2021 has been complied with and the learned Standing Counsel has produced the copy of the proceedings, dated 31.07.2024 and that therefore, the petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
