This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the firs information report in Crime No.217 of 2021 on the file of the Devipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that upon completion of investigation in Cr.No.217 of 2021, the first respondent filed final report in E.Filing No.STC-LTN 2022 0002007 C202400075, on 02.04.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the above submission, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
