2. The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11303 of 2025 is filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.247 of 2024 within time fixed by this Court.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for transfer of investigation, it would be suffice to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.247 of 2024 under the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Police.

4. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.247 of 2024 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The investigation shall be monitored by the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police.

5. With the above observations, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
