ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to forthwith pass order on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3065/2025/A2 dated --.01.2026 and issue patta to the petitioners by rectifying all the defects.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents themselves stated that there are mistakes in the proceedings dated Nil.01.2026 in Na.Ka.No. 3065/2025/A2.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim in the light of the proceedings stated supra and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
