O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd Respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint was given by the third respondent against the petitioner. The petitioner has received a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- by redeem the property on the basis of a document. Later she failed to repay. During the course of enquiry both sides appeared. The petitioner has given a statement that a case has been registered against the third respondent also and also stated that she will workout her remedy in the pending matter itself. On the basis of the above said, that complaint was closed. 3.Since it is money transaction issue, they have to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process only. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
