ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Earlier, the petitioner was already granted interim bail pursuant to the demise of his brother on 24.12.2018 and the petitioner had also surrendered before the concerned Jail on 26.12.2018. To that effect, a certificate was also produced by the Superintendent of Police, Sub Jail, Thiruvidaimaruthur. 2.Today, when the Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
