ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Respondents 1 and 4 to 6 not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension of time by four weeks to comply with the conditional order, dated 13.07.2018 made in C.M.P.(MD)No.6003 of 2018 in C.M.A(MD)No.510 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner has contended that there is a delay in getting the copy of the order, that was passed on 13.07.2018 and hence, the condition could not be complied with within the time granted by this Court, which could have been deposited as early on 24.08.
