RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.6719/2024 dated 30/4/2024 Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.VEERAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6719 of 2024, dated 30.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 18 days. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Teacher by profession and therefore, the condition may be relaxed.

4. Considering the said submission made either side, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. However, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
