ORDER

The petitioner/sole accused has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.326 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police, wherein he is said to have committed the offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is none other than aunt of the petitioner. Due to property dispute, on 23.06.2021, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant and caused injury and also threatened her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.51 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. Page No.2 of 4

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
