RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition i.e.that the petitioners shall execute a Bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned in the order dt.30.05.2024 in CRL OP (MD)No.8017 of 2024 in the case of crime no.07 of 2024 on the file of the respondent. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SRIKANTH, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES for the petitioners and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioners shall executed 1/3

a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8017 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are implicated as accused in another case in Crime No.78 of 2024 by the same respondent police and thereafter, they have obtained anticipatory bail with the same condition and hence, they filed this petition to modify the above said condition.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
