Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20007 of 2018 on 02.11.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

charge sheet has been filed in this case in P.R.C.No.16 of 2015. Due to non appearance of the co-accused, the case could not be committed. He would further submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20007 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 is relaxed.
