O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram to expedite the trial in C.C.No.386 of 2018 and complete the trial within a stipulated time.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the second accused are husband and wife. The accused persons has received a sum of Rs.7.5 lakhs from the defacto complainant for getting job to his wife and thereafter, the accused persons were created the forged appointment order. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is taken on file in the year 2018, without any progress, the case is pending for the past four years. Hence, this court may issue a direction to the concerned Court to dispose of the case as early as possible. 2/5

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the case is posted for examination of the witnesses L.W.1 to L.W.3. and he seeks for further time to dispose of the case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the case in C.C.No.386 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
