Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant. In the petition mentioned First Information Report, he seeks direction for filing of Final Report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that within a period of four weeks Final Report will be filed. 4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to file Final Report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
