Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MATHURAM LAW ASSOCIATION, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6660 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021, to surrender and to execute the sureties.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) represented that the petitioners have already filed a petition for extension of time and this Court has also shown indulgence by extending the time limit on 25.06.2021. The petitioners, instead of surrendering before the Magistrate concerned, have filed this second application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the conduct of the petitioners and considering the fact that this Court has already shown indulgence to the petitioners by extending the time limit, this Court is not inclined to extend the same any further. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
